

Since 2007, the GHM is active in Russia. Since mid-2007 the GHM accompanies for a German / Russian investment group, a hotel and boarding house project with a total of 210 rooms and suites, two restaurants, wellness area and conference capacities for events of up to 200 people in Kaluga.
The GHM up to the opening the hotel, provisioned the following services for the investors:
After the lease was terminated by the investor on 30. April 2011, the GHM was awarded the contract to take over the hotel project under the framework of a management contract with effect from 01. May 2011.
For this purpose, the OOO GHM-Consulting was founded in Kaluga.
The GHM has pursuant to the intentions of the owner successfully established the hotel under a new name on the local and international market.
The hotel is connected to all international booking channels and today achieves an occupancy of 70% with a GOP of nearly 50%..
In 2012 the hotel was honoured by the Governor Anatoly Artamonov as the best hotel in the entire Kaluga oblast.
In 2013, the hotel will be enhanced by an additional meeting space of 400 sqm in the conference area as well as a further recreational area with beach volleyball, climbing wall and other team building attractions.
A completely new budget and control system was developed, programmed and implemented by the GHM specially for the Russian market. This program that is based on USALI makes it possible for owners up to 5. of each month, to receive a P & L (profit & loss) evaluation for all the departments of the hotel up to the GOP as well as a continuous cash flow report. This as such provides for a much more detailed and faster availability of the business evaluation of the hotel, than would be possible with the Russian accounting program S1.
The target of the Russian company OOO GHM-Consulting is to acquire additional hotel locations in Russia over the next two years, as well as to enhance the activities both in the consulting sector and in the area of management contracts.
Right now, management contracts are being negotiated at two further locations in Russia.
